About Darling Pavilion
Darling Pavilion is a large bar and restaurant at 1 Harbour Street in Darling Quarter, with Mediterranean-leaning food, cocktails and plenty of daylight. Timber ceilings, textured feature walls and planted greenery run through the space, and a 20-metre stone and marble bar anchors the middle of the room. Town Hall Station is about a 10-minute walk, and there is a public car park at 1/11 Harbour Street. The floor is divided into bookable sections. Indoor sections hold between 30 and 150 guests, the alfresco areas take 30 to 50 cocktail-style or 35 seated, and a combined indoor and outdoor section on the southern side fits 180 standing or 75 seated. A private dining room with one long table and green velvet chairs seats 18 to 20. For large events the entire venue can be hired, seating over 350 and holding up to 780 standing, with AV, dedicated staff and packages built to suit. Canapé packages start at $48 per person for six pieces and rise to $73 for ten, while sit-down share menus cost $70 for two courses or $80 for three. Grazing stations, 24-piece platters and pizza platters are also offered. Drinks can be a timed package from $60 per person for two hours, a bar tab with a set limit, or a cash bar. Cakes are welcome with no cakeage fee, and the team caters for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free guests.
