About The Prince Kirrawee

The Prince is a large modern pub at 533-541 Princes Highway, Kirrawee, about eight minutes on foot from Kirrawee station, with on-site parking underneath. Alongside its bistro and lounge bar it has a big open-air beer garden and Social House, an adults-only room for live acts and sport. There are four function spaces. The Private Function Room is the newest and largest, with its own bar, a sound system, TV screens for slideshows or presentations and a balcony terrace along its full length. It takes 80 to 300 for cocktails or 80 to 120 seated, and DJs or duos can play there. Garden Bar North, an outdoor area with high and low seating, holds up to 150 standing or 60 seated, with an optional private bar on a $1,000 minimum spend. Garden Bar South suits 30 to 120 standing, and the Inside Terrace, with floor-to-ceiling windows, takes up to 40, or 50 when the balcony is added. Groups of 30 or more must book catering. Canapé packages start at $30 per person, shared set menus run from $60 to $75 per person, and a whole spit-roasted pig can be carved at your event. Three-hour drinks packages cost $60 or $80 per person, or you can set up a bar tab with spending limits and wristbands. You can bring your own cake. A $500 holding deposit secures the date, final numbers are due ten days out, and evening events run from 6:30pm to close. The venue does not take 18th birthdays.

Pricing

Canapé packages cost $30, $35 or $40 per person for the standard range and $50 or $60 per person for the premium range, with a minimum of 30 guests. Shared set menus are $60, $65 or $75 per person. A spit-roasted whole pig for up to 40 is $795. Garden Bar North's optional private bar carries a $1,000 minimum spend. A $500 holding deposit applies, with refunds scaled by how far out you cancel.

Food

Canapé menus mix cold, hot and substantial items such as sushi, arancini, sliders and bao, with grazing, cheese and pastry add-ons at $10 per person. Shared set menus bring entrées, mains like rotisserie chicken or slow-cooked lamb, and sides to the table. Dietary requirements are catered for with notice, and you can bring your own cake.

Beverages

Three-hour drinks packages cost $60 per person (house beer, wine and soft drink) or $80 per person (tap beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks), for a minimum of 30 guests. Bar tabs can be tailored with spending limits and wristbands.

Yes, in the Private Function Room. AV there includes an AUX connection, USB slideshow setup and a microphone for speeches, and DJs or two-piece music acts are welcome.

Do you host 18th birthdays?

No, the venue does not take 18th birthday bookings. At its discretion it may offer a family-style shared lunch instead.
