About The Campbell
The Campbell is a gastropub at 101 Railway Street in Campbelltown, the venue locals knew for years as The Courty. It runs a bistro and bars through the week, and upstairs and out the back it keeps two rooms set aside for private events, from birthdays and engagements to corporate lunches. The Landing is the larger of the two. Hiring it gives your group the full level, a bar of its own and a TV for speeches or slideshows, with space for 180 people at a cocktail party or 160 at tables, and wheelchair access throughout. The Terrace is a brighter room lined with bifold windows, holding 120 standing or 80 seated, and the team can partition it when the guest list is smaller. It also has a TV and step-free access. Food comes from the pub kitchen. Canapé packages run from $29 per person for five choices or $32 for seven, with a minimum of 20 guests, and substantial pieces can be added. Share platters for about ten people range from $120 to $260, a family-style feast is $49 per person and a pizza package is $30 per person, both for 30 or more. A standard two-hour drinks package of house tap beer, house wine and soft drinks is $55 per person, or you can run a bar tab or let guests buy their own. A microphone costs $10 and TV use $20, and events of 70 or more, plus every 18th and 21st, need a security guard at $50 an hour.
