About Summer Salt
Summer Salt sits on Mitchell Road in Cronulla, directly above the sand at Elouera Beach. It is a modern Australian restaurant with a seafood focus, run by SRG Hospitality, and the dining room faces straight out to the Pacific. There is metered and free street parking nearby, larger council car parks within walking distance, and Cronulla station about 15 minutes away on foot. Entry is step-free. Events can use part or all of the venue. The private dining room seats 14, the bar area holds around 50 to 60 for cocktail-style events among its lounges and booths, and the main dining room splits into North and South sections for half-exclusive seated events. Taking the whole restaurant allows up to 190 seated or 220 standing, with a private bar, in-house speakers, AV support and Wi-Fi. Exclusive events can bring in a band or DJ. Seated events choose a Classic shared menu from $85 per person on weekdays, a Premium shared menu from $105, or a Premium alternate-drop set menu from $115. Cocktail events start at $75 per person on weekdays for six canapés and two substantial dishes. Weekend rates are higher. Drinks can run on consumption or as a package from $60 per person, and BYO wine and Champagne is allowed with corkage. The restaurant charges no venue hire fee, though minimum spends apply and vary by date. Lunch events run from noon to 4pm and dinners from 6.30pm to 11pm.
