About Marcel Bar & Bistro
Marcel Bar & Bistro is the restaurant and bar inside the Pullman Sydney Penrith Hotel at 81 Mulgoa Road. The kitchen cooks seasonal, modern European-leaning dishes using premium Australian produce and native ingredients, and the fit-out aims for a polished, modern-luxury look, with a dedicated wine cellar behind the bar. For groups there are three ways to book. The private dining room seats up to 16 at one long table and suits birthdays, anniversaries and business dinners. Semi-private areas of the restaurant take mid-sized groups, and the venue can be hired in part or in full for larger celebrations. Group events run from about eight guests up to 100. Lunch service is reserved for group bookings and special events, and daytime private events carry a minimum spend. Group dining menus start from $95 per person and are served as shared plates; a larger Grande sharing menu is $125 per person. Beverage packages and open bar arrangements can be added, drawing on the cocktail list and a wine list that leans on Australian producers. Dietary requirements can be built into the menu. Marcel's bar trades Tuesday to Saturday evenings, and bookings are made through the enquiry form on the events pages, which asks for your date, times and guest numbers.
