About Grand Palace Function Centre
Grand Palace Function Centre is an event venue on Parramatta Road in Auburn, built for weddings and receptions as well as engagements, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, corporate functions and cultural community events. Its location on a main road makes it easy for guests coming from different parts of Sydney, and there is plenty of parking on site. There are two halls. Golden Hall is the larger room, seating up to 400 for receptions, gala dinners, dinner dances and big family celebrations, with an elevated stage and a generous dance floor. Diamond Hall seats up to 200 and suits smaller weddings, engagement parties, birthdays and private parties. Both have chandeliers, draped walls and flexible table plans, and the team works through seating, the stage, the dance floor, buffet placement and the guests' entrance with you, so the final capacity depends on how the room is set. Food is catered in-house, with banquet menus in Indian, Nepali and Bengali styles plus a vegetarian banquet and add-on live food stations, served as a buffet or a formal sit-down dinner. In-house stylists can theme the decor, and the lighting and sound can be tuned for a party.
