About Humphrey's Hotel
Humphrey's Hotel is on level one of 288 Forest Road in Hurstville, a short walk from the train station, with lift access from the street. It is a modern local with a sports bar full of big screens, an all-weather terrace under a retractable roof, and Bistro H, its modern-Australian dining room. Function enquiries start from 30 guests. The pub splits into several bookable areas. Bistro H seats about 100 for a work dinner or birthday meal. The Quad is a flexible space opening onto the outdoors that takes 30 to 100 seated or 150 standing, and can be used without exclusivity for up to 50. The Sports Terrace seats 50 under the retractable roof. Taking over the entire venue gives you room for 150 seated or 250 standing, with full bar service, AV and the events team running the night. Canapé packages cost $35 per person for four small and two substantial pieces, or $50 per person for six small and two substantial, with dessert canapés charged by the piece. Guests can also order on consumption. Drinks can run as a bar tab, individual purchases or a house package of one, two or three hours, and classic cocktails can be added. A microphone, screen and speakers are available, and a DJ can be booked for semi-exclusive or exclusive hire. Exclusive hire carries a minimum spend set for each booking. BYO drinks aren't allowed, and final numbers and food payment are due a week out.
