About Chiswick Woollahra
Chiswick is a Matt Moran restaurant at 65 Ocean Street in Woollahra, set within a park beside its own kitchen garden. The dining rooms are wrapped in glass, so tables look straight out onto the lawn and garden, and the cooking is simple, seasonal and built for sharing. There are three ways to hold an event. The Private Dining Room sits at the garden end of the restaurant behind frosted glass doors and seats up to 40, usually laid out as a pair of 20-seat long tables, though smaller groups are welcome. The Main Dining Room, with floor-to-ceiling glass facing Chiswick's lawn, holds 76 guests, whether seated or standing for cocktails. For the largest events the whole restaurant is available for exclusive use for up to 116 people. Across these options the team hosts groups from 10 upwards, including birthdays from 21sts to 50ths, engagement parties, cocktail events, Christmas and end of financial year parties, weddings, product launches and corporate events. For groups, the Collective Menu is a four-course shared set menu at $99 per person, chosen by Matt Moran and the kitchen team, and tables of eight or more dine from it. It runs from sourdough and small plates through roast chook or lamb shoulder with sides to a layered chocolate cake, and the chefs work around allergies and dietary needs advised at booking. Celebration cakes can be ordered too. A 10 per cent service charge applies to groups of eight or more, with a 10 per cent Sunday surcharge and 15 per cent on public holidays. A detailed event pack is available from the events team on request.
