About Monet and Moscato

Monet and Moscato is a paint and sip studio on Military Road in Cremorne, run by principal Sara Armanfar. Each session works through one featured artwork, with themes rotating through subjects such as jellyfish, flamingos, giraffes, Paris florals and Santorini, and guests are guided through every stage so first-timers still leave with something they are happy to hang. Public classes run through the week in both afternoon and evening slots. Every ticket covers a 16 by 20 inch canvas to take home, acrylic paints, brushes, an apron, and glassware and plates for whatever food and drink you bring along. The studio is BYO, and grazing boxes of seasonal fruit, cheese, cold meats or antipasto can be pre-ordered at least 48 hours before the class. A small optional add-on at checkout gives the flexibility to reschedule or cancel without the usual change fees. Private sessions suit birthdays and hens celebrations, and the studio has a dedicated offering for corporate teams and end-of-year parties. Those sessions are designed for anywhere from 12 to 200 people and usually last two to three hours, with some room to shift the start and finish times given notice. The Cremorne space holds 60, and the team can bring the class to an offsite venue for bigger groups. Corporate clients can pick any artwork from the range or commission a custom design, such as an artistic version of the company logo, for an extra fee.
