About Jumping Ever After

Jumping Ever After grew out of a family tradition: the team grew up with a jumping castle at every family celebration and turned that habit into a hire business. From a warehouse in Chipping Norton they rent licensed Disney and superhero castles imported from the USA, built from heavy-duty vinyl to Australian standards. The themed range covers Frozen, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Star Wars, Justice League, Minions, Toy Story, Peppa Pig, Scooby-Doo and a pink Disney Princess carriage, with most combos adding slides, basketball hoops, climbing sections and pop-up obstacles. For styled parties there is a white and pastel collection in three sizes, Petite, Midi and Mighty, in white, soft pink and baby blue, some of which can be paired with a ball pit. Younger children are catered for with soft play sets in several colour schemes, spinning and bumper car pieces, and ball pits with one or two slides. A clear bouncing bubble dome, an inflatable boxing ring for older kids, and extras such as slushy, snow cone and hot dog machines, tables, chairs and petrol generators round out the range. Every castle can be booked online for a four-hour slot, a full day or overnight, and daytime hires must wrap up by 5pm. A $50 non-refundable deposit holds the booking and the balance is paid five days before delivery by bank transfer, PayPal or EFTPOS. Delivery is free inside their mapped zone, and suburbs outside it are quoted, from $100. Equipment is sanitised before each hire, the business carries $20 million public liability insurance, and a gold coin from every castle hire goes to the Cancer Council's Pink Ribbon appeal.

Equipment & Service Details

Each castle is delivered, set up and collected by the team, with hire options of four hours, all day or overnight and daytime hires ending no later than 5pm. Access needs a clear path at least 1m wide, plus 1m of clearance around the castle, and stairs or obstacles should be mentioned when booking. A generator can be supplied where there is no power. A $50 deposit secures the date and overnight hires carry a $200 bond. Adults must supervise at all times, and castles are not operated in rain.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a jumping castle from Jumping Ever After cost?

Castles run from $280 to $680 for a four-hour hire. The Spongebob castle is the entry point at $280 for four hours, $330 all day or $380 overnight, while larger combos such as the Ninja Turtles dual slide castle are $480.

Is a deposit or bond needed?

A $50 non-refundable deposit secures the date, and the rest must be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or EFTPOS five days before delivery. Overnight hires also carry a $200 bond, which is returned at pick-up if nothing is dirty or damaged.

Do they deliver for free?

Delivery is free within the zone shown on their delivery map, which is centred on their Chipping Norton base. Suburbs outside that zone pay a delivery fee starting at $100, and they will quote an exact figure by phone.

What happens if it rains on the day?

They run a strict dry-hire policy and will not set up castles in rain. They call the day before to confirm conditions, and a weather cancellation is rescheduled or refunded. Once a castle has been installed there is no refund.

Can a castle be set up in a park, and how much space is needed?

Yes, provided you have council permission for the reserve. Allow a clear 1m access path and 1m around the castle's listed dimensions, and note that many parks have no power, so a generator can be added for an extra charge.
