Space needs are listed on each castle page: allow about 4m square for the 3m Mickey Mouse castle, 5.5m square for a plain 4m castle, 6m square for the 5m castles and 7m by 6m to 8m by 7m for the combos and Ferris wheel castle. Water slides need a flat grassed area of about 16m by 10m with 6m of height, and customers who book without measuring correctly are not refunded. Several castles have sun covers. Food machines and the speaker must be kept under cover and out of the wind, and the fairy floss machine comes with an operator. The team hold Working With Children Checks, the castles meet Australian safety standards and the business carries public liability insurance. Yes. Popcorn starts at $150 for 50 serves, sno cones at $90 for 50 serves, fairy floss at $150 for 50 serves with an operator, and a slushie machine from $200 for about 120 serves. They are delivered free with a castle and must be used under cover.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of booking. After that there are no refunds, but credit is given for a later date and deposits can be redeemed later. If they cancel because of unsafe weather, you can take a full refund or credit.
