The Blackbutt Hotel is a family-owned pub on Orchardtown Road in New Lambton, run by the same family since 1996. Alongside its restaurant, lounge bar, sports bar and beer garden, it has a functions team and three function spaces served from a dedicated functions bar. The Lounge suits intimate gatherings of up to 40 with comfortable seating. The Blackbutt Room is the mid-sized option for up to 80, often used for birthdays and corporate events. The Grand Function Room is the largest, holding up to 150 guests with its own private bar, a dance floor and audio-visual gear. All three come with flexible layouts, AV equipment, climate control and dedicated staff, and they can be set for a cocktail party or a formal seated dinner. The rooms have exposed brick, timber tables and wall-mounted screens.
