About The Mark Hotel

The Mark Hotel is a pub hotel on the corner of Dickson Street and Morehead Street in Lambton. It mixes a cocktail bar, a sports bar and guest rooms under the one roof. The main bar runs along a curved marble-look counter with timber panelling, pendant lights and strip lighting overhead. Around it sit red velvet booths, round lounge tables and high bar seating, which gives a party a few different zones to spread across. The sports bar has big screens for football, cricket and other major games, so a group can follow the match while they celebrate. The venue takes function enquiries for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate functions and private parties. Functions are taken for 20 guests or more; smaller groups make a regular dining booking instead. There is no published capacity, so give your expected guest list when you send an enquiry. Food comes from a dedicated function menu. Four canapé packages range from a classic selection of sausage rolls, party pies, quiche and beef sliders through to a top package with salmon roulade, vol au vents and truffle arancini, each finishing with sweets. You can also build your own spread from trays of 20 or 30 pieces, including gluten-free bites, finger sandwiches, Asian-style dishes, a charcuterie board and a crudités platter. Drinks come from the bar, which pours cocktails, beer and wine.
