About Pt. Leo Estate
Pt. Leo Estate is a wine estate on the Frankston-Flinders Road at Merricks. Its 330 acres take in a 50-acre vineyard, a 16-acre sculpture park and views across the water to Western Port. Three spaces can be booked for private events. The Wine Terrace sits beside the vineyard with its own lawn and takes up to 120 cocktail guests, while Laura is a 45-seat fine-dining room with an open kitchen. The main restaurant seats up to 200 for dinner or 300 for a cocktail event. Booking the entire estate opens up every space, with up to 200 seated or 300 standing. For weddings the estate must be hired exclusively. Pre-dinner drinks and canapés are served out in the sculpture park or on the Wine Terrace, then move to the dining room for a three-course dinner and a dance floor. Menus draw on produce from around the region, with dishes cooked over a wood-fired grill and matched to the estate's own wines. Each event space has its own sample menu to work from. Company groups can use the estate for conferences, with room for breakout sessions and theatre-style seating for 100. Guided sculpture walks and wine tastings can be added, and you can send an enquiry to arrange a site visit.
