About Celebrity Cars
Celebrity Cars is a family-owned wedding car business that has been running since 1989. It specialises in classic Jaguars and runs from a showroom in Mitcham, where couples can book an inspection of the cars before the day. The main cars are 1955 Jaguar MkVII sedans, kept original and finished in matching White Rose paint. Inside there is leather seating and real timber trim, there is room for up to five passengers, and some of the cars have air conditioning. Because the cars match, a bride and her attendants can arrive as a set. For a more modern feel, the 1981 Jaguar XJ6 seats four, has air conditioning and a leather and wood interior, and works as an escort car beside the MkVII or for the trip to the hotel after the reception. On the day, a uniformed chauffeur looks after the couple and the bridal party, handles the bags and boot, and keeps the timing on track between home, ceremony, photos and reception. The classic Jaguars come with decorative ribbon, a red carpet and champagne. All cars and drivers hold commercial licences in Victoria, and the business belongs to the state's wedding car association. Prices are not listed. Couples can choose a classic or a modern air-conditioned car on a rate or package to suit, and bookings are made through the online form, the downloadable PDF booking form, or by calling Sam or Mitch directly.

Frequently asked questions
Which cars does Celebrity Cars offer for weddings?
Matching white 1955 Jaguar MkVII sedans with leather and timber interiors, and 1981 Jaguar XJ6 sedans with air conditioning that work well as escort cars or for the hotel transfer.
How many passengers fit in a Celebrity Cars Jaguar?
The classic Jaguar MkVII carries up to five passengers and the Jaguar XJ6 carries up to four, so larger bridal parties usually book two or more matching cars.
What comes with a Celebrity Cars classic Jaguar booking?
A uniformed chauffeur, decorative ribbon, a red carpet and champagne. Some of the MkVII cars also have air conditioning fitted, which is worth asking about for a summer wedding.
Can we see the cars before booking with Celebrity Cars?
Yes. The cars can be inspected at the showroom in Mitcham by arrangement with Sam or Mitch, who also handle bookings and questions.
How do we book Celebrity Cars for our wedding?
Fill in the online booking form, or download the PDF booking form and email it back. You can also phone Sam or Mitch for a quote on a classic or modern car.
