About Wilbury & Sons
Wilbury & Sons is a neighbourhood pub at Shop 4, 6 Station Street in Moorabbin, named after the Traveling Wilburys and decorated like a 1970s recording studio, with framed music photos, warm timber and a well-stocked back bar. It trades from Tuesday to Sunday, pouring Guinness and house tap cocktails alongside a pub menu. For functions the pub works as one open-plan room, suiting relaxed gatherings from 15 people up to 90. Groups can book the whole venue for exclusive use, or for a smaller party the team can set aside part of the pub, with some conditions around canapé timing so other drinkers can still enjoy their night. There is also outdoor seating. The function food is a canapé package at $29 per person for five choices, such as buffalo wings, calamari, mini pies, mac and cheese bites and falafel, with extra choices costing $6 per head, and grazing boards or seated meals can be arranged. Drinks are poured at bar prices on a tab you set up, built from tap lager, pale ale and Guinness, a range of wines and Heaps Normal, with spirits and cocktails as add-ons. Guests can still buy drinks that aren't on the tab. A $500 deposit secures the date, and exclusive use on Friday and Saturday nights and on Sundays carries a $6,000 minimum spend.

Yes. Exclusive use is available on weeknights and weekends. On Friday and Saturday nights and on Sundays it carries a $6,000 minimum spend; weeknight pricing depends on the night.
What does the canapé package include?
Five canapé choices for $29 per person, and each extra choice adds $6 per head. The kitchen can also do grazing boards or a seated meal if you ask.
How are drinks handled?
You set up a bar tab charged at bar prices, choosing from tap beers, wines and non-alcoholic options, with spirits and cocktails as add-ons. Guests can buy their own drinks outside the tab.
Is there a deposit, and can we bring our own food or drinks?
A $500 deposit confirms the booking and comes off your food and drink bill. Outside drinks aren't allowed, and food comes from the pub kitchen unless agreed with management beforehand.
