About The White Room @ The Aviary Hotel
The Aviary Hotel is a pub at 271 Victoria Street in Abbotsford, known for its grill kitchen, live sport and a strong focus on women's sport. Trams 109 and 12 stop out the front, and North Richmond station is close by. The White Room sits on the first floor and keeps the building's original features, including an ornate bar and decorative ceilings. Its white walls and neutral fit-out leave plenty of room to bring in your own styling. The room holds 80 for a cocktail party or 40 at seated tables. It comes with a private bar, its own bathrooms and AV including a microphone and screen. For bigger groups, the whole first floor can be booked, adding the Tillies' Lounge with its lounge seating, fireplace and TVs for up to 150 guests. Food comes from the pub kitchen. Canapé packages run from four to six pieces per guest, grazing platters are offered, and groups of 15 or more can choose shared two or three course set menus. Drinks can run on a bar tab, a cash bar or a timed package of house or premium wines and tap beer, with spirits, spritzes on arrival and cocktails as add-ons. You can bring your own DJ or playlist once it has been cleared with the events team. The Aviary hosts birthdays, weddings, corporate dinners, Christmas parties and sporting club presentation nights. Send an enquiry to book and the events coordinator will take you through the options.
