About The Industrique
The Industrique is a converted industrial warehouse at 5-7 Louvain Street, Coburg North, beside the Coburg Velodrome. It runs public gigs and club nights, but for private events the whole site is hired exclusively, with free off-street parking and easy bump-in for decorators and caterers. It takes birthdays, engagements, hens and bucks nights, weddings, school formals, graduations and corporate events. The venue covers about 1,200 square metres indoors and out. Floor-to-ceiling theatre drapes divide it into four set-ups: the full Stage Setup for 150 to 900 guests (or around 500 seated), with a 9 x 4 metre stage and 7 metre ceilings; the Side Room, a furnished lounge with couches, tables and its own sound system for up to 150; a sunny courtyard with its own bar, tables and umbrellas for 100 to 150; and the Boiler Room, a DJ-in-the-round layout for 100 to 800. The whole warehouse is acoustically treated and runs a NEXO sound system, with a 36-panel LED screen and lighting operated by in-house technicians. Bar staff, security and an operations manager come with every booking. Drinks packages are put together to suit the event, and food can be catered or brought in, with room for food trucks and stalls. Stage Setup hire runs for eight hours, includes the Side Room and courtyard, and can go until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Awesome staff, one of the cleaners found my lost phone and went out of his way to get it back to me.

Always a good place for raves or similar events. Very industrial vibe. A bit of a walk from the nearest station but doable.

The new warehouse venue that's eating up all the local events, old and new. Good times to be had, if you're after a boogie. The staff and security run a tight ship considering the size of the place. My only gripe seems t…

Cool place! It's big, spacious, has a great smoking area to meet people. Beer cans are 10$. The only thing is after midnight they lower the sound of music. Which is a bit annoying for the last 2 sets.
