About The Grande Reception
The Grande Reception & Function Centre is a family-run venue in Helm Court, Epping, that has hosted weddings, engagements and family celebrations in the northern suburbs for more than 20 years. Weddings are its focus, but the ballroom is also booked for milestone birthdays, anniversaries, school formals, graduation dinners, balls, corporate Christmas parties, presentation nights and cultural events. The single large ballroom seats from 100 up to 400 guests on a flexible floor plan, with an elevated stage, feature and themed lighting, a glass-panelled backdrop and a sunken dance floor. Guests can gather first in the spacious foyer for drinks and canapés, and the venue provides a bridal suite, a cake table, a red-carpet entry and more than 100 secure car spaces. The room supports audio-visual set-ups for speeches and presentations. Packages bundle food, service, setup and styling. The Classic package runs a two-course alternating menu with shared dips and salad; the Deluxe adds a third course, cake service and styling upgrades; the Premium adds arrival drinks, canapés and a full beverage package. Soft drinks, tea and coffee are served throughout, alcohol packages or a bar tab can be added, and the standard function runs for six hours. Venue-only hire with an outside caterer is also possible.
