Donnie's Room is the main party space, holding up to 100 guests standing. It has its own entry point, a fully stocked bar and private bathrooms, along with air conditioning and heating, large screen TVs with HDMI and USB connections, Bluetooth music, a stage, a corded microphone and a dance floor with disco lighting. The Deck sits behind the bistro and is set aside for up to 60 guests, with standing room and a mix of seating where groups can watch the sunset. Bob's Bar can also be set up for smaller private functions. Catering is built around three canapé packages: five items for $25 per person, six items for $28 per person or six more substantial items for $32 per person, with extra choices at $4 per person. Platters can be added, including antipasto, cheeseburger sliders, gluten-reduced and vegetarian selections, fruit and mini desserts. Beer on tap, wines and spirits are served from the room's own bar, and a digital photo booth is available for five hours of hire.

Additional platters can be added to every package, and a digital photo booth can be hired for $400. It runs for five hours, includes digital props and sends images straight to guests' phones or email.

Had a splendid dinner last night at the doncaster hotel. the atmosphere was nice not too busy, and the food was delicious good prices too. Big props to Zac, he gave us some excellent service better than we expected!

Visited for a work luncheon and was delighted by the added extra of coffee made by Pricey. He will argue to the contrary, but nothing beats a Pricey coffee. The chips are also great.
