About The Bridge Hotel Mordialloc
The Bridge Hotel Mordialloc sits at 1-4 Nepean Highway in Aspendale, on the bank of Mordialloc Creek where it meets the bridge. Alongside its bistro, terrace restaurant and sports bar, the hotel runs a set of private function rooms used for birthdays, engagements, weddings, work parties and christenings. There are three rooms to choose from. The Nepean Room suits smaller groups – up to 50 seated or 70 for cocktails – and has its own balcony and bar looking over the moored boats. Opening it up into the Nepean & Mordialloc Room gives space for up to 100 seated or 150 standing, with floor-to-ceiling windows that fold out onto a private terrace by the water. The Starlight Room seats 150 or holds 250 for a cocktail party, and has a long bar, high ceilings and an open fireplace for the cooler months. Room hire covers five hours and starts at $500, with $750 for the combined Nepean & Mordialloc Room and a $250 security charge for Friday and Saturday night events. All food comes from the hotel kitchen: canapé packages run from $36 to $48 per person, canapés with cocktail buffet dishes from $50, and plated two or three-course menus from $75. Drinks can be a $55 per person beverage package over four and a half hours, a bar tab you set, or a cash bar. Linen, chair covers, table centrepieces, cake and gift tables, a personalised entry sign and a dance floor are included.
