About Manor on High
Manor on High is a purpose-built reception and events venue on High Street in Epping, set on about five acres with free car parking. It runs three function rooms, each with its own entrance, a private outdoor courtyard, a lounge area with its own bar and a fixed dance floor, and the team has been running events for more than 25 years. The Regency Room is the smallest of the three, taking roughly 80 to 180 guests. The Georgian Room, entered through its own foyer and staircase, seats up to 270 at banquet tables. The Grand Ballroom seats the most, with room for up to 650 seated guests, its own entranceway, foyer, bathrooms, courtyard and bar lounge. The lounges are staffed with a barista and wait staff, and guests can use them through the night for pre-dinner drinks or a break from the dance floor. The venue also has a bridal room and a green room. Packages are priced per person and are designed to be all-inclusive, taking in the room, food, styling and staff, with a dedicated event manager, head waiter and bar staff. A typical package includes pre-dinner drinks, hot and cold canapés, a full menu, six hours of beer, wine and light sparkling, a choice of chairs and table centrepieces, and six hours at the venue, which can be extended by an hour. Spirits are available, and BYO is offered for spirits. Minimum spends start at $3,000 for weekday events and $5,000 on weekends. Besides weddings, the venue hosts engagements, birthdays, corporate galas and conferences, charity dinners, school formals and graduations.
