About Large Hall @ Polish House Syrena
Polish House Syrena is a Polish community club on Stud Road in Rowville. Alongside its cultural programme, language school and restaurant, it opens its halls to anyone wanting to hold a private function, not only club members. The Large Hall is the bigger of its two hireable rooms. It has polished wooden floors, a generous dance floor and a bar, with a large stage set up at one end. Seated, the hall takes up to 350 guests. It can be laid out with rows of chairs for a concert or meeting, or with dining tables for a reception or dinner. The stage carries audio and video systems, so speeches, presentations, bands and slideshows are straightforward. A sound system covers the room for music and dancing. Catering can be arranged on site, and the house also runs a restaurant serving traditional Polish dishes such as pierogi, bigos and schabowy. There is ample parking at the venue.
