Its centrepiece is a huge indoor beer garden full of plants, tiered around the middle of the building, with a public bar, an Italian restaurant called Tippy-Tay, a basement cocktail bar and private function rooms arranged around it. There are twelve bookable function spaces. The Observatory, on the top level, is a private room for up to 120 standing or 50 seated with its own balcony, bar, bathrooms, dance floor, booth seating and projector, looking over the beer garden with the city lights above. The Rose Garden, a basement cocktail bar reached from AC/DC Lane, Duckboard Place or by lift, has a private bar, projector, dance floor and terrace for 200 exclusively, or up to 350 when combined with the beer garden tiers; its Back Bar takes 50. The Balcony Dining Room seats 20 with a private balcony and skyline views, Tippy-Tay seats 90, reserved beer garden areas take 20 to 45, and the whole hotel can be hired for up to 840. Canapé packages offer six, eight or ten pieces per person, and the seated Italian feasting menu comes in three or four courses, both for 20 or more guests. Two to four-hour beverage packages, bar tabs, cocktails on arrival and a beer garden party pack are available, and the venue is fully licensed with no BYO.
