About Excel Events
Excel Events is a marquee and event hire company based in Truganina in Melbourne's west. Its range centres on Höecker clear span structures and pagodas, and its own crew handles every installation from bump-in to pack-down. Pagodas come in 3m, 4m, 5m and 6m sizes with a high-peaked roof, and they can stand alone or line up in rows. The clear span marquees have no internal poles, which leaves a fully open floor for seated dinners, ceremonies or a dance floor. A 10m hexagonal marquee and heavy-duty instant marquees round out the range. Marquees can be fully enclosed or left open, with clear walls, hard walls with glass, draping, integrated flooring, lighting and climate control on offer. Every structure is insured and certified by the Victorian Building Authority, which helps when a venue or council asks for paperwork. The furniture catalogue covers trestle and bar tables, Tiffany and padded chairs, lounges, festoon and LED lighting, parquetry dance floors, portable stages and catering equipment such as bain maries and barbecues. Excel Events works on birthdays, engagements, weddings, anniversaries, corporate functions and Christmas parties, as well as large public events around Melbourne. Walls, flooring, draping and climate control can be added, and the integrated floor system levels out uneven ground. A battery or mains PA system and a lectern are also on the hire list.

Does Excel Events hire furniture as well?
It hires tables, chairs, lounges, bar stools, festoon and LED lighting, dance floors, portable stages, glassware, crockery and catering equipment, so the whole set-up can come from one supplier.
How much does marquee hire cost?
