Melton Party Hire runs from Melton in Melbourne's west, combining a marquee and party hire business with Stage Flow Audio Visual, its staging and production arm. With around 40 years of combined experience, the team supplies everything from a single pop-up for a backyard birthday to the full set-up for a large outdoor event. Marquees are the core of the range. Clearspan structures sit on a strong aluminium frame with no internal poles, leaving the floor open for dining and dancing. Pagoda marquees have a tall peaked roof that suits entrances, garden parties and smaller gatherings, and heavy-duty pop-ups give quick shelter for stalls and casual events. Every marquee is delivered, put up and taken down by the crew. Around the marquee, the company hires tables, chairs, picnic settings, wine barrels, portable bars, dance floors, pipe and drape, red carpet with bollards, glassware, crockery and catering equipment. Stage Flow adds stages and trailer stages, sound systems, lighting from party effects to full club-style rigs, and LED video walls, so one booking can cover the structure, the furniture and the entertainment set-up. A jukebox with karaoke and a slushie machine are on the list too. Practical extras include generators and power distribution, portable toilets, heaters and fans, picket fencing and crowd barriers.
