About Elevate Marquee & Events
Elevate Marquee & Events is a family-run hire business working out of Keilor East. It specialises in white frame marquees with clear arched windows, the kind that turn a lawn, driveway or paddock into a covered party room for a wedding, birthday, garden party or company function. The team delivers, pitches and removes every marquee, and most structures go up in one to three hours. They can anchor on lawn, concrete, gravel or a deck using pegs or weights, and can set up a day or two early so you have time to decorate the inside. Sidewalls and heating help in cooler months. To fit out the space there is a range of event essentials priced per item: white plastic, Americana and Tiffany chairs, bar stools, trestle tables with cloths, bar tables, artificial grass, a rubber dance floor, festoons, LED lights and outdoor gas heaters. Packages combining marquee, furniture, lighting and heating are available. Not sure what size you need? The team works from your guest count, layout and extras such as a DJ or dance floor, and offers an on-site inspection for a $50 fee that comes off the package price if you book. What does a marquee hire from Elevate include?
Every marquee hire includes delivery, pitching and removal by the team, with weather-resistant white frame marquees in several sizes and layouts. Tables, chairs, lighting, flooring and heaters can be added.
Can the marquee go up on concrete or decking?
Yes. Lawn, concrete, gravel and timber decks all work, with the frame pegged or weighted to suit the surface. Let them know about any irrigation under the lawn so pegs can be avoided.
How much access do they need for set-up?
They need clear access at least one metre wide, ideally without steep steps or tight corners, because equipment is moved on platform trolleys. Tricky access should be flagged early as it may add to the cost.
Is there a site inspection before booking?
A site visit can be arranged for a $50 fee to confirm the marquee fits. If you go ahead with the booking, the $50 is put towards your package total.
How is payment handled?
There is no deposit, but a bond secures the booking and is refunded at collection if nothing is damaged. Full payment is due on the day the marquee is installed, and a cancelled booking forfeits the bond.
