About Rainbow Kids Parties
Rainbow Kids Parties, formerly Circle Events Australia, is a children's party company run by dance teachers and performers. As well as hosting at its own party room in Bayswater, the team runs mobile parties that come to your house or hired hall, bringing the equipment, music and activities with them. Every host holds a current First Aid certificate and a Working with Children Check. Princess visits are the simplest booking. A host arrives in costume as one of more than a dozen princess and fairy characters, teaches the children how to be a princess, then leads songs, games and dancing with bubbles and a group photo. The 30-minute meet and greet costs $125 and the one-hour version $180, each for up to 20 guests plus the birthday child; the longer visit adds individual photos and a round of pass the parcel. For a full party, the 90-minute mobile disco brings a DJ host with speakers and disco lights to run dance moves, games and sing-alongs, and adds glow sticks, stick-on tattoos, personalised invitations and a small gift for each guest. The pamper party, also 90 minutes, sends two hosts with silk robes, fluffy headbands, child-safe face masks, cushions, a hair styling station and nail polish for up to 10 guests. The fairy face painter spends an hour at the party in full fairy costume, painting a design for each child and blowing bubbles, and extra time can be added for bigger groups. How many children does a mobile party cover?
Princess visits, discos and the fairy face painter each cover up to 20 guests plus the birthday child. The pamper party covers up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 15 children in total.

One hour covers up to 20 children. Each extra 30 minutes costs $80 and allows up to 10 more faces, to a maximum of three hours and 60 guests plus the birthday child.
Is there a travel fee for mobile parties?
A small travel fee is added for parties more than 30 km from the Bayswater base. The team covers Melbourne along with its surrounding and outer suburbs.
