About Memento Collective
Memento Collective is a small team of wedding photographers and videographers with a fun, candid and relaxed style. The idea is simple: document the day as it happened, step back for the real moments, and give the wedding party gentle direction only when it brings out something genuine. The team works across three service lines. Photography includes at least 500 edited images in colour and black and white, with more than 30 sneak peeks shortly after the wedding. Videography produces highlight films from four to fifteen minutes, with raw moments films of the ceremony and speeches and drone footage when the location and weather allow. Couples who book both get a single crew working to one plan, one shot list and one consistent edit. Their Hunter work includes Tasma and Zac's winter wedding at Bimbadgen, where green lawns and clear skies framed a pastel bridal party, followed by a lively reception. Travel anywhere in Australia is folded into the package price, so there are no surprise callout fees for country or vineyard venues. A dedicated coordinator meets each couple to plan the timeline and shot list, and every package includes cloud storage of your files. Full galleries and films usually arrive within two to four weeks.

Does Memento Collective film weddings too?
Yes. The team offers photography, videography, or both together. Films range from four to fifteen minute highlights, with raw ceremony and speech footage available and drone footage when conditions allow.
How much does Memento Collective cost?
Photography starts from $3,990 and videography from $3,990, while combined photo and video packages start from $7,880. Travel is already included in these prices.
How quickly do we get our photos and video?
Sneak peeks arrive within about four days. Full albums and films are usually finished within four weeks, though allowing six to eight weeks gives breathing room in busy periods.
How do we secure our date?
After choosing a package you sign the contract and pay a non-refundable $1000 booking fee. The final payment is due two weeks before the wedding, and a three-instalment plan can be arranged.
Do you offer a second shooter?
Yes. A second shooter is included in several packages and suits weddings with 100 or more guests or separate getting-ready locations.
