About Dear Fiore Photography
Dear Fiore is the wedding photography studio of Kayla, a Hunter Valley based photographer who documents weddings around Australia and overseas. Her work draws on vintage editorial pages, the softness of film and careful design, with images that feel current and nostalgic at once. She shoots on both digital and 35mm film. On the day, her approach is calm and intentional. She gives gentle direction where it helps, such as refining the timeline, keeping family portraits relaxed and efficient, and making room for portraits that feel natural, then leaves the rest of the day to unfold. Her priority is the people: a parent's expression during the ceremony, grandparents laughing over dinner, friends hugging under the lights. The experience continues after the wedding. Every couple receives a curated preview gallery the following day, and a live editing queue on her website shows exactly where each gallery sits until delivery, usually within six weeks. A priority fee moves a wedding to the front of the queue for delivery within a week. Kayla takes a limited number of weddings each season. Her collections run from eight to ten hours, with the larger ones adding a second photographer, drone images, rolls of 35mm film and a fine art coffee table album.

How much does Dear Fiore Photography cost?
The Essential collection is $6,400 incl GST for eight hours. Classic is $8,900 for nine hours with film, drone and a second photographer, and Signature is $14,900 for ten hours with an album.
How long does the wedding gallery take?
Galleries take up to six weeks. A $1000 priority fee moves your wedding to the front of the workflow for delivery within one week, without delaying other couples.
Can we add extra hours?
Yes. Extra coverage is $500 an hour, up to a maximum booking of ten hours, with a midnight finish.
How do we secure a date?
A 20% non-refundable retainer secures the date, and the balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
Does Kayla travel for weddings?
Yes. She is NSW based but travels interstate and overseas for weddings, with destinations including New Zealand, Tasmania, Bali and Europe.
