About MeOhMy Flowers
MeOhMy Flowers is the wedding floristry business of Megan, who has more than 500 weddings behind her. Her style is romantic and garden-like, built from Australian-grown flowers chosen for the season, and the work covers everything from the bridal bouquet and buttonholes to ceremony installations and reception tables. Hunter Valley weddings make up a large share of the portfolio, with couples married at Bimbadgen Palmers Lane, Peterson House and Margan Wines among those who have left notes on her site. Delivery to Pokolbin is priced up front in the price guide, and the team handles setup on the day and pack down the following day. Planning follows four steps. Couples send an enquiry describing the day, Megan replies with an itemised flower proposal and mood board, a 30% deposit and signed terms lock in the date, and final details are confirmed six weeks out. The balance can be paid in three instalments or one amount. Ceremony pieces are planned so they can be carried into the reception, which stretches the budget further. Sustainability shapes the studio's habits: no floral foam, composted green waste, rainwater for buckets and vases, and two seedlings planted for each booking. Vases, candles, crystal and ceremony frames are available for hire so the flowers and styling match.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum spend with MeOhMy Flowers?
Wedding flowers start at $2,500 including GST, which is usually enough for delivery plus four bouquets and four buttonholes. A typical full spend is around $5,500 including GST for wedding party, ceremony and reception flowers.
Is delivery to Pokolbin included?
Delivery, setup and pack down are charged on top and itemised in your proposal. The price guide lists Pokolbin delivery at $270.
Can ceremony flowers be reused at the reception?
Yes. Arbours, flower towers, plinth arrangements and aisle pieces are designed to be moved, and your proposal will suggest where they can go once the ceremony is over.
How do we lock in our date?
Pay a 30% non-refundable deposit and sign the terms. Changes are still possible, final details are reviewed six weeks before the wedding, and the balance can be split into three payments.
Do you use floral foam?
No. Every design is foam-free, flowers are Australian-grown and seasonal, and green waste is composted after the event.
