About Cottage & Co
Cottage & Co is the floral studio of Rachel Dunn, who found her calling while making the flowers for her own wedding and went on to study floristry. Her style is warm, romantic and a little whimsical: loose, garden-inspired arrangements in soft colours, built from seasonal blooms and locally sourced flowers where she can get them. Weddings are the core of the business. Rachel designs bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, buttonholes and corsages, ceremony arches and aisle pieces, and reception table flowers, and her gallery includes floral-dressed arbours, plinth arrangements and candlelit tables. She works from your Pinterest and Instagram saves as a mood board, then designs in her own style rather than copying another florist's work, choosing the best flowers available for your date instead of promising set varieties. Beyond weddings, Cottage & Co creates florals for engagement parties, birthdays, proposals and baby showers, as well as corporate spaces such as offices, shopfronts and hotels. Plinths, urns, candles, signage and a few basic styling pieces are available to hire, though arbours are not, so those come from a separate hire company and Rachel dresses them on the day. Booking starts with an enquiry and a quote. A $500 deposit and a signed service agreement secure the date, the final balance is due 60 days out, and a detailed questionnaire arrives three to four months before the wedding. On the day, Rachel delivers everything and handles the full setup, bringing extra hands for larger weddings. She travels regularly throughout the Hunter Valley.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum spend for a Cottage & Co wedding?
Yes. The minimum wedding spend is $2,000, which covers the full design, delivery and setup service rather than a small flower-only order.
How do we lock in our date?
Once you are happy with your quote, a $500 non-refundable deposit and a signed service agreement secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the wedding.
Can we change our order after booking?
Yes. Additions have no limit, and you can remove up to 10 per cent of the original quote. Colour and style changes can usually be made until around two weeks before the day, when flowers are ordered.
Does Rachel set up the flowers at the venue?
Yes. Everything is delivered and set up on the day, with extra helpers for bigger weddings, and ceremony arrangements can be moved to the reception where the design allows.
Does Cottage & Co supply an arbour?
No. Plinths, urns, candles and signage can be hired, but arbours are not. Hire one from another company and Rachel will add the flowers to it when she sets up.
