About Hunter Valley Bouquets
Hunter Valley Bouquets is run by Kim, a florist who specialises in weddings and functions and has completed more than 500 of them, large and small, with most of the work at venues across the Hunter Valley. Her own leaning is towards feminine, classic and whimsical floral design, though each order is shaped around the couple's style and personality. It is a full-service florist, so one booking can cover every flower on the day: bridal bouquets, buttonholes, hair flowers, ceremony arrangements and reception pieces. The gallery shows lush floral arches, long table runners of blooms, statement pieces for bridal tables, and bouquets in everything from blush pastels to deep reds and crisp whites. Pricing is set out plainly. Studio-collection orders start from a $350 minimum, which suits couples who only need a bouquet and buttonhole, while full on-site setups start from $1,500. Each invoice is itemised, with delivery to two addresses, setup and next-day pack down included in a delivery fee, and moving ceremony flowers to the reception is quoted as an extra. A 30 per cent booking fee secures the date, final requirements are confirmed two weeks out, and three package levels are available by email. Kim also hires out vases, plinths, arbours, fabric draping, easels, candles and tealights, so the flowers and their setting can be sorted in one quote. Phone chats and studio meetings carry no consultation charge; an on-site venue visit for quoting is $65.

What is the minimum spend with Hunter Valley Bouquets?
Orders collected from the studio start from a $350 minimum, enough for a bouquet and buttonhole. Weddings and functions that need on-site setup have a $1,500 minimum.
Is delivery and setup included?
Your invoice includes a delivery and setup fee covering delivery to two addresses, the setup and pack down the following day. The amount depends on what is needed, and there are no other hidden charges.
Can ceremony flowers be moved to the reception?
Yes. Kim can relocate arrangements from the ceremony to the reception for an additional fee on top of delivery and setup, and can include it in your quote.
How do we secure our wedding date?
A 30 per cent non-refundable booking fee confirms the date. Final requirements and the balance are due two weeks before the function, with a phone call or meeting to go over delivery and setup.
Can we hire styling items as well as flowers?
Yes. Vases, plinths, arbours, fabric draping, easels, candles and tealights are available to hire. List what you need in your enquiry and they will be priced into the quote.
