About Love & Life with Louise
Love & Life with Louise is the celebrant business of Louise, a Maitland-based marriage and ceremony celebrant who also works as an MC and wedding planner. A mum of four with a self-described big-hearted, people-first manner, she aims for ceremonies that feel modern and warm rather than stiff or formulaic, with room for emotion, a few laughs and a good dose of energy. Pacing matters to her. Ceremonies are kept intentional and never dragged out, and where it suits the couple she builds in interactive moments, such as a shared promise from the guests, a symbolic ritual or a light bit of audience involvement, so everyone feels part of the story. She is also mindful of the photographer, stepping aside so nothing spoils the first kiss shot. The process starts with one-on-one meetings to plan the ceremony, followed by a completely personalised script, support with writing vows or speeches, and creative suggestions along the way. She prepares and lodges the legal paperwork, brings a wireless speaker and microphone, helps coordinate guests, music and photos, plans around the weather and will wear colours that suit your palette. Travel to and from your venue is part of the service. Because emceeing is a core part of what she does, couples can book Louise to host the reception as well, keeping the whole day in one pair of hands. Alongside weddings she conducts vow renewals, elopements, baby namings, milestone birthday ceremonies and funerals. Pricing is quoted per booking, and she is happy to meet in person at her High Street office in Maitland.

How much does Love & Life with Louise charge?
Prices are not published. Send your ceremony type, date and venue through the enquiry form and Louise will come back with a quote for the ceremony, and for MC services if you want those too.
Can Louise be our celebrant and our MC?
Yes. Emceeing is one of her main services, so she can marry you and then host the reception, handling introductions, speeches and the run of the night.
Does she provide a microphone and sound?
Yes. A wireless speaker and microphone are supplied for the ceremony, and she can help with cueing music and gathering guests before and after.
Does she do vow renewals?
Yes. Along with weddings and elopements, Louise runs vow renewals, baby naming ceremonies, milestone birthday ceremonies and funerals, each scripted for the people involved.
Where does Love & Life with Louise travel?
She is based in Maitland and covers the Hunter Valley, and travels further around NSW as well. Travel to and from your venue is included in her service.
