About Towradgi Beach Hotel
Towradgi Beach Hotel is a large pub at 170 Pioneer Road, Towradgi, with a bistro, beer garden, cabanas and five separate areas for hire. A functions coordinator looks after each booking, and the hotel recommends coming in to look over the spaces before choosing one. O Bar is the largest and most flexible: a private room with timber floors, tall windows, its own bar and a DJ booth, holding 150 standing or 100 seated. Hosts can bring their own music and use the microphone and two TVs for speeches and slideshows. The Garden Bar Deck looks over the beer garden, has its own private bar, all-weather blinds and heating, and takes 70 standing or 60 seated. The Playground Deck suits family gatherings for up to 60, the Back Lounge is a semi-private corner of the bistro for up to 50, and the Hamptons-style cabanas take groups of 8 to 50 with table service and bottle service. Food runs from canapé packages ($42 per person for seven pieces) and buffets ($40 to $53 per person) to two- and three-course set menus at $55 and $66 per person, with seafood platters and grazing tables as extras. Drinks packages of three or four hours start at $55 per person, cocktails on arrival can be added, and bar tabs can be set at any limit. Room hire ranges from $100 to $500 depending on the space and day, and O Bar carries a minimum beverage spend of $1,500. White linen, cutlery, a cake table, cakeage and wait staff are included. The hotel does not take bookings for 18th birthdays.

How many guests do the function spaces hold?
O Bar holds 150 standing or 100 seated, the Garden Bar Deck 70 standing or 60 seated, the Playground Deck 60 standing or 50 seated, the Back Lounge 50 standing or 40 seated, and the cabanas suit groups of 8 to 50.
What does room hire cost?
Room hire ranges from $100 midweek for the Back Lounge to $500 on weekends for O Bar. O Bar also has a minimum beverage spend of $1,500. The room hire is paid as the deposit when booking.
What food packages are available?
Buffets from $40 per person, canapé packages from $42 per person, and set menus at $55 for two courses or $66 for three. Seafood platters, grazing tables and dessert boards can be added. Events of more than 70 guests need a set catering package.
Can we have a bar tab or drinks package?
Yes. Drinks packages run for three or four hours, from $55 per person for standard to $85 per person for the four-hour ultimate package with house spirits. Bar tabs can be set to any limit and topped up on the night, and arrival cocktails start from $19 per person.
Does the hotel take 18th birthday parties?
No. The hotel no longer takes bookings for 18th birthdays. At 21st birthdays every guest is ID-checked and those over 18 receive a wristband.
