About The Imperial Erskineville
The Imperial Erskineville on Erskineville Road has been a gathering place for the LGBTQ+ community since 1983 and is the pub tied to Priscilla. It spreads over three levels: a Main Bar with a bistro and drag stage, a rooftop bar with pizza from The Pizza Bros, and a basement club that hosts DJs, live performance and promoter parties. For private events, the Main Bar holds 130 seated or 370 standing and suits anything from a long dinner to drinks with a show, as drag performances run from Wednesday to Saturday. Off it, the Glasshouse takes 26 seated or 50 standing. Downstairs, the Basement fits 400 standing for a full party. Up top, the rooftop is split into smaller areas: Carpriccio's Corner for 20 seated or 25 standing, the Rosa Room for 10 seated, and the Imperial Rooftop Lounge for 40 standing, good for a birthday group that wants its own nook. The team says yes to almost any gathering, including birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, school reunions, coming-out parties, launches, end-of-year parties and farewells. Food comes from the Main Bar bistro and the rooftop pizza kitchen, and the menu covers vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian diets alongside meat dishes, with a focus on fresh, local produce. The events team guides you through food, drinks and timing once you send an enquiry with your date, time, guest numbers and type of booking: private event, corporate event or large booking. No prices are published, so expect a quote tailored to the space and night.

Always a gem! Great shows and it’s one of the few places that does early night drag shows if you don’t want to stay up past midnight! 8.20, 9.20 and 10.20!
