About Manzo Bisteccheria
Manzo Bisteccheria is an Italian steakhouse from ALFA Hospitality on level R1 of Quay Quarter Tower, 50 Bridge Street, with its entrance on Phillip Street in the Sydney CBD. It sits below the Harbour Bridge end of the city, and the dining room and outdoor tables look towards the bridge and harbour. The menu draws on the bisteccherie of Florence and northern Italy: dry-aged Australian beef cooked over fire, pasta made by hand each day, seafood and a wine list of more than 750 Australian and European bottles. For groups there is a private dining area made up of two semi-private rooms, one seating 8 and one seating 14, which can be joined for 22 guests. Larger bookings can take over the whole restaurant, which holds up to 130 guests, with the layout arranged around the event. The interior mixes stone and timber walls, leather banquettes, round tables and curtained booths. The events team plans all sorts of functions: work lunches and EOFY dinners, birthdays and engagements, anniversaries, client dinners and cocktail receptions. Options include seasonal sharing menus, cocktail-style canapés and beverage packages, and the team can source flowers and select older vintages for the table. Most common dietary needs can be handled with at least 24 hours' notice.
