About Jacoby's Tiki Bar
Jacoby's Tiki Bar sits at 154 Enmore Road in Enmore, a short walk from Newtown Station and down the road from the Enmore Theatre. It has been pouring tiki drinks in the inner west since 2017, and its look mixes classic Trader Vic-style tiki with a nod to David Lynch. Think red velvet curtains, a zigzag floor, carved tiki figures and coloured glass floats hanging from the ceiling. The room is one long bar lined with backlit bottle shelves and tiki mugs, facing low tables and booth seating under the lantern light. Rather than hiring out one corner, the bar offers exclusive hire outs of the whole venue, arranged by enquiry. The team will also consider opening outside its usual trading hours for a private event, which helps if you want an early start or a day that the bar would normally be closed. Drinks are the focus: tiki classics and tropical cocktails, served in carved mugs, coconuts and share bowls, alongside local beer and natural wine listed on the board. For food there is a short snack list, including corn chips with salsa, chicharron and beef patties, plus pizzas ordered at the bar, with vegetarian and vegan choices. Jacoby's doesn't take ordinary table reservations, so for a private party the first step is to email the team with your date and numbers. Groups of 10 or more visiting during normal trade are asked to send a heads-up first.

Can we hire Jacoby's Tiki Bar for a private party?
Yes. The whole bar is available for exclusive hire. Email info@jacobys-tiki-bar.com and sam@jacobys-tiki-bar.com with your date, guest numbers and the kind of event you have in mind.
Can a private event be held outside the bar's usual opening hours?
Possibly. Jacoby's says it will consider opening outside normal trading hours for an event, so mention your preferred time when you enquire. The bar is normally closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Can we book a table for a group instead of hiring the whole bar?
Jacoby's doesn't take bookings or reservations. If you're coming in during normal trading hours with 10 or more people, email the team beforehand so they can do their best to fit your group in.
Is there food at Jacoby's?
Yes. There's a short snack menu with corn chips and salsa, chicharron and beef patties with a habanero mango chutney, plus pizzas ordered at the bar. Some of the pizzas are vegetarian and one uses vegan mozzarella.
Where is Jacoby's and what are its hours?
It's at 154 Enmore Road, Enmore, a short walk from Newtown Station and just down from the Enmore Theatre. It opens 6pm to midnight Wednesday and Thursday, 5pm to 2am Friday and Saturday, and 5pm to midnight on Sunday.
