The outdoor terrace seats 45 or fits 55 standing. Hiring the entire place gives you room for 85 seated or 110 cocktail style, with a minimum spend applying to exclusive hire. The fit-out mixes a long leather banquette, handmade terrazzo tables and communal grazing tables, and the team styles the space and sets it up for you. Live music is welcome with approval, within noise limits. For food, choose a two, three or four-course set menu with alternate drop options, a family-style shared feast for 30 to 85 guests, or one of three cocktail canape packages covering around three hours of service with hot and cold canapes, gourmet buns, substantial items and desserts. Drinks can run at bar prices, on a tab set by the host, or as a non-alcoholic, classic or deluxe package over three to five hours, with extras such as a spritz on arrival or an espresso martini station. Jack Gray does not publish function prices; the full package and pricing options are sent after you submit an event enquiry. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit secures your date, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the event, and a minimum spend applies to exclusive venue hire.

Food

Seated menus come as two, three or four courses with set or alternate drop service, featuring dishes such as slow-cooked wagyu beef, sous vide lamb shoulder and crispy skin barramundi. Shared feasts for 30 to 85 guests include bread, entrees, mains, sides and desserts served to the table. Cocktail canape packages combine hot and cold canapes, gourmet buns, substantial items and desserts, with vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. External food isn't permitted apart from celebration cakes.

Beverages

Drinks can be served at bar prices paid by guests, on a bar tab set by the organiser, or as a non-alcoholic, classic or deluxe package over three, four or five hours. Packages cover Australian and New Zealand wines, local beers and soft drinks. Upgrades include a signature cocktail or spritz on arrival, a cocktail hour, a sparkling toast, a coffee station and an espresso martini station. Outside drinks are not permitted.
