About Maharaja's Lakeside
Maharaja's Lakeside is an Indian restaurant at Norwest Marketown on Century Circuit, sitting on the lower level beside the lake with free undercover parking. It has served North Indian cooking in the Hills for well over a decade, and the room has large windows onto the water, a modern bar, formal dining and an alfresco area. The restaurant seats 120, and for parties you can book either a section of the room or the entire restaurant. An open kitchen works the tandoor and the tava, and rumali roti is made to order. Live music plays on weekends. Party bookings go through a dedicated contact rather than the general reservations line, so larger groups can sort out layout and menu directly. Set banquets make ordering for a group easy. The vegetarian banquet is $42.90 per person with paneer tikka, hara kebab, papri chaat, three curries, rice, naan and dessert, for a minimum of four. The second banquet adds seekh kebab, chicken tikka, butter chicken and rogan josh for $46.90 per person. Two larger banquets run at $52.90 and $67.90 per person for a minimum of two. For special occasions the kitchen can also prepare a whole marinated leg of lamb or a tava vegetable platter with three days' notice. The restaurant is fully licensed, and BYO is also welcome.
