About Encasa Lane Cove

Encasa Lane Cove is the north shore sibling of a long-running Spanish restaurant on Pitt Street, set on Longueville Road in the Lane Cove village. The kitchen sticks to Spanish standards done properly: jamón and manchego, croquetas, garlic prawns, beef cheeks braised in red wine and paella, with sangria and a Spanish-leaning wine list alongside. It is family friendly and pet friendly, and parking nearby is easy to find. The restaurant has three areas to work with: a sunny outdoor terrace, the indoor dining room with its timber tables and brick walls, and the Fiesta Room, a function room downstairs that holds 35 seated or 60 standing. The Fiesta Room suits birthdays, engagement drinks and work dinners of small to medium size, and groups can plug in their own music there. Across all three zones the venue can look after more than 100 guests. Groups eat from share menus. The first, at $55 per person, brings bread with tomato, a mixed charcuterie board, salad, mushrooms with goats cheese cream, bravas, calamari, croquetas and meatballs. The second, at $85 per person, adds burrata, garlic prawns, beef cheeks and a paella of your choice. Drinks packages come in standard and premium versions for two or three hours, built around sangria, cava, Spanish whites and reds and Estrella Damm. Send an enquiry through the Lane Cove functions page or call the restaurant to book.
