About Sydney Pole
Sydney Pole is a pole dance studio group with several locations around Sydney, including its Camperdown studio at 106 Pyrmont Bridge Road in Annandale. Alongside its term classes it runs private pole parties for hens groups, birthdays, divorce celebrations and friends who simply want to try something different together. A party lasts 90 minutes and centres on a 60-minute private dance class with a dedicated host. The group picks the style, whether pole dance, strip and lap, or twerking, and the host teaches some easy moves before putting them together into a short routine set to a party playlist. There is time for photos and video, and a 15-minute wrap-up at the end so everyone can change and freshen up before moving on to dinner or drinks. The room your party uses is yours alone, though other classes may be running elsewhere in the building at busy times. Pricing is $50 for each guest, with parties designed for 8 to 18 people depending on how many poles the chosen room holds; smaller groups are welcome with a $400 minimum. Guests should bring a water bottle, a sweat towel and something easy to dance in, such as short shorts with a sports bra or singlet, and no shoes are needed. Theme dress is fine as long as people can move freely. Booking is done through a form that gives an instant quote, and a confirmation email follows with everything the group needs to know.
