About Party Backline
Party Backline hires out sound, lighting and music equipment from Manly Vale, and it prices everything for the whole event rather than by the hour. The core of the range is a set of speaker packages sized by crowd: the Basic Set for up to 50 guests uses 2,500 watt powered speakers with Bluetooth and a Shure SM58 on a stand, the Party Set adds a wireless mic and a DJ light bar with a fog machine, and the Dance, Ultimate and Array sets bring in RCF speakers, 18-inch Mackie subwoofers and bigger mixers for dance floors of up to 200 people. Around those sets sits a full hire list. DJs can book a Pioneer XDJ-RX3, CDJ-3000 players, a DJM-900NXS2 mixer and a folding booth. There are Shure wireless and wired microphones, analogue and digital mixers, a Tama Starclassic acoustic drum kit and a Roland electronic kit for quieter rooms, and an Epson 5,000-lumen projector with an 80 to 120-inch screen. Lighting options include light bars, moving-head spots, a fog machine and a low-lying smoke machine for a dance floor haze. On bookings of $250 or more, delivery, set-up and pack-down is free on the Northern Beaches and lower North Shore, including Manly, Dee Why, Mosman and Neutral Bay. The rest of metro Sydney, the CBD and the Inner West are delivered from $100 depending on distance. You can also pick up from Manly Vale with a driver's licence and a $50 deposit. Bookings are made by WhatsApp, phone or email, and the business carries public liability insurance.
