The Cambium occupies four acres at 183 Arthurs Seat Road in Red Hill, within a nature reserve under towering manna gums. The whole property is booked by one group at a time, so the grounds and buildings are yours for the duration. There are three buildings. The Stables holds the business and event spaces, the second houses ten guest suites, and the third is the Cambium Dining Room, a large room with a bluestone fireplace looking onto the outdoor areas. Inside The Stables, Manna Hall is a multipurpose room for up to 25 in various layouts and The Boardroom seats 14. The Loft works as a lounge, and a bluestone courtyard links the three. Teams come here for strategy days, retreats and end-of-year celebrations, with long lunches, shared feasts and music on the lawns. The property also hosts intimate weddings and ceremonies, plus product launches and media events. Catering runs through the venue: a personal chef can cook a private dinner, or your team can cook together with local ingredients in the commercial kitchen. Activities such as cooking masterclasses, archery, yoga and guided walks with Aboriginal cultural educators can be added. Private hire of the whole property uses the venue's preferred partners for catering, equipment and audio-visual, and outside music is tightly limited. Send an enquiry to book.
