About Frankston Brewhouse
Frankston Brewhouse is a microbrewery and restaurant on New Street in Frankston, owned by a group of local friends. Every beer on tap is brewed on the premises, and the kitchen's menu changes regularly. The venue is licensed for up to 170 guests across an industrial-chic indoor room and an outdoor area. Groups can book the full venue, the indoor room on an exclusive basis, a section of the indoor room, or the outdoor area. Exclusive indoor hire is the format for cocktail parties of more than 50, with space for a dance floor, a small stage and a DJ. Smaller groups share the room, with planter boxes setting their area apart, and groups under 30 have no minimum spend. There is no venue hire fee; exclusive indoor bookings carry a minimum spend instead. It starts at $1,000 for Thursday evenings or Saturday daytime, rising to $2,000 for Saturday evenings or Sunday daytime and $3,000 for Friday evenings. Food comes from the current menu as roaming finger food, grazing tables or shared sit-down dishes, with beef or lamb sliders offered for functions. Drinks run on a bar tab in three tiers, from beer, wine and soft drinks up to premium spirits, tasting paddles and classic cocktails. A PA system and wireless microphone are available, and you can play your own playlist or book a DJ or musician. Send an enquiry to book with the functions coordinator.

How many guests can Frankston Brewhouse hold?
The venue is licensed for up to 170 guests across its indoor and outdoor spaces. Functions with more than 50 guests need exclusive use of the indoor area.
What are the minimum spends for exclusive indoor hire?
From 6pm it is $1,000 on Thursday, $3,000 on Friday and $2,000 on Saturday. Between noon and 6pm it is $1,000 on Saturday and $2,000 on Sunday, with other times by special arrangement. Groups under 30 sharing the indoor room have no minimum spend and can buy their own food and drinks.
Can we bring a cake and decorations?
Yes. Cutting your own cake is free, having the team cut and serve it is $2 per person, and having it cut, garnished with fruit and cream and served is $4 per person. Decorations need approval from the venue before the day.
What time do functions finish?
Last drinks are at 10:30pm, music goes off at 11pm and guests leave by 11:30pm. A later finish needs an arranged extension.
How is a booking confirmed?
A tentative booking is held for 72 hours and a $200 deposit confirms it. Half of the total is due at least 14 days before the event, along with final guest numbers and menu choices.
