About WestWaters
WestWaters is a large entertainment complex on Lake Street in Caroline Springs, set beside Lake Caroline and its parklands. Alongside Saige Bistro, the Miss Caroline cafe-bar and the Ruck & Rover sports pub, it runs a dedicated events operation for birthdays, anniversaries, wedding receptions, Christmas parties and corporate events, with guest rooms in the same building. There are five event spaces that can be set up for anywhere from 5 to 500 people, including private ballrooms, a lakeside private dining room and the Panorama Room, which suits cocktail events of 30 to 70. A wrap-around outdoor balcony looks over the lake, and the larger ballroom can be booked with its own courtyard and serviced bar for gatherings of up to 300. Rooms can be arranged for banquets, cabaret seating or presentations, and smaller groups can book a table in one of the three food and drink venues instead. Food is cooked in-house. The events team offers two or three course sit-down menus, with canapés, platters and an oyster bar as add-ons, plus cocktail and grazing menus for standing events. Beverage packages or a bar tab can be added, and dance floors, projectors and screens are part of the function setup. Free undercover parking is on site, and the team can arrange accommodation rates for guests staying over.
