About Animal Land Children's Farm
Animal Land Children's Farm is a working farm on Duncans Lane in Diggers Rest, run by the Pincini family since Laurie and Joanne opened it in 1985. More than 150 animals live on the property, and visitors are encouraged to handle them rather than just look. Birthday parties are held on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 1pm and lasting two and a half to three hours. A booking needs at least 10 children, and the party facilities can hold up to 150 people. Every party covers the farm activities. Children visit the animal nursery, ride the tractor, feed the ducks at the dam, have a pony ride, milk the cow, collect eggs and let off steam in the adventure playgrounds. The self-catered Party Time package gives the group its own farmer as a guide and reserved tables and chairs, mostly in the outdoor area, for families to decorate. Hosts bring the food, an esky for anything cold and take their rubbish home. The Easy Party Time package adds catering, with party food, cups, napkins, utensils and party hats supplied, and the team decorates and sets up. The birthday cake and its plates are the only things families need to bring. On weekends the on-site barbecue also sells burgers, sausages and egg and bacon rolls, which can be pre-ordered or bought on the day. Send an enquiry to book a party date.
