About Vogue Events Studio
Vogue Events Studio is a boutique event and content space on Target Street in Melton. The main hall is open plan, with polished concrete floors, high-end finishes and soft natural light. A backlit stone bar with a lit logo wall is the focal point of the room, and a black ceiling with pinpoint lights gives the hall a different feel after dark. The studio is hired as a blank canvas, so you decide on the layout, the styling and the mood. The venue holds up to 200 guests seated or up to 300 for a cocktail or standing event. Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests are part of the hire, and bar tables, stools, couches, backdrops and other styling pieces can be added. This is a licensed venue that is also BYO. You can bring your own food, use a caterer or book a food truck, and you can supply your own alcohol as long as it is served by RSA-certified bar staff. The studio can provide those bar attendants for an extra charge. The studio suits milestone birthdays, engagement parties, brand launches, workshops, boutique weddings and corporate functions. Speaker, photo booth, stage and party-machine hire are available as extras, and a fenced outdoor area at the front can be used for guests. An after-event clean costs $350, and security is charged at $75 an hour where it is required. Extras such as chairs from $9, bar stools, backdrops, speakers at $75 each and the photo booth at $125 an hour are priced separately.

How many guests can the studio hold?
The studio takes up to 200 guests fully seated and up to 300 for cocktail or standing events. Security requirements scale with numbers, so ask about this early for larger evening events.
Can I bring my own alcohol and food?
Yes. The venue is licensed and BYO, so you can supply your own alcohol as long as it is served to guests rather than sold. All alcohol must be poured by RSA-certified bar staff, either your own or attendants supplied by the studio at an extra cost. You can also bring your own food, use a caterer or arrange a food truck. Cooking inside the venue is not permitted without approval.
What furniture is included in the hire?
Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests are included, along with bar tables and stools. You can choose black dining chairs or white Tiffany chairs, and tablecloths are not included but can be hired. Extra seating, couches, backdrops, stages, speakers and a 360 photo booth can be added for a fee.
What deposit and bond are required?
A non-refundable booking fee of $550 secures your date, and a bond of $1,000 is paid before the event. The bond is returned after an inspection if the venue is left as it was hired. A 10% surcharge applies to venue hire on public holidays.
Can I hold an 18th birthday here?
Eighteenth birthday parties are only held with the studio’s approval, and security is mandatory for those that go ahead. Security is also required for dance, music and ticketed events, and it is recommended for evening events from 7pm.
