About The Phoenix Hotel

The Phoenix Hotel is a big local pub on Wallace Avenue in Point Cook, open from 10am until 3am daily, with a bistro, a sports bar and a set of function areas that can be reserved any day of the week. The team hosts birthdays, engagement parties, anniversaries, Christmas and end-of-financial-year parties and corporate events, in private or semi-private settings. The Terrace has its own entrance, an outdoor balcony, a private bar and an AV connection you can run from your own device; it holds 100 seated or 200 standing. The bistro takes in the most people – 250 seated or up to 700 standing, and can be set up as a private or semi-private space. Upstairs, the Board Room seats 25 or holds 50 standing, with a private entrance, bar and built-in projector – a good fit for a smaller dinner or presentation. The outdoor function area takes 150 seated or 450 standing, with heating, a semi-sheltered smoking area and the option of an outdoor bar, cocktail station or photo booth. Wheelchair access and a lift are available. Catering runs from canapé platters priced per tray, such as 48 spring rolls or dim sims for $120, to sliders, skewers, pies and sandwiches. A plated set menu is $49 per person for two courses or $60 for three, with two choices per course served alternately, and buffet trays serving around 20 cover curries, roasts and lamb. Canapé and drinks packages are available, and the events team can tailor a menu on request.

The mussels was a bit spicy in case you can’t handle it, I love it so much, everything was fresh and tasty. Calamari was delicious. Chicken Parma is a little bit dry, and crispy pork belly is too oily.
