About The Club Caroline Springs
The Club is a community club on the Western Highway in Caroline Springs, with a large bistro, a sports lounge and a set of private function rooms styled with a Palm Springs feel. Membership is free, and functions are booked through an enquiry form. There are three private rooms, and each one has its own bar. The Palms is the main room, taking 100 seated at tables of eight to ten or 120 for a cocktail party, and it can be combined with The Valley for a larger event. The Valley seats or stands up to 60 and suits smaller celebrations as well as meetings. The Dunes is tucked away with its own restrooms and a private outdoor alfresco area, and takes 70 for a cocktail party, with the alfresco open until 10.30pm. Every booking comes with a door sign, personalised menus, a microphone and a tea and coffee station, plus a projector in The Palms and The Valley or a TV screen in The Dunes. Room hire is included for five hours on Fridays and Saturdays and four hours on Sundays, with a food and drink minimum spend from $2,000. Cocktail packages are $26 per person for six items or $35 per person for nine, from mini burgers and arancini to chicken skewers and calamari. Plated menus served alternately run from $65 per person for two courses to $90 per person for three courses of the Mirage menu. Gluten-free, nut-free, vegetarian and vegan options can be arranged. Send an enquiry to book and the functions team will match a room to your numbers.

Bright and inviting dining room, good service reasonable prices and the Hawaiian schnitzel was delicious. Drinks prices were a bit high but seems to be the same most places. Will definitely be going back soon.
